Nicola Grande is representing JAC. Nicola is a Sustainable Procurement & Risk Manager at Swisscom, where she works with her team to advance responsible supply chain practices, with a strong focus on human rights due diligence and supplier engagement. Together, they design and implement targeted development programs that strengthen sustainability performance across the supply chain, particularly among lower-tier suppliers. These efforts aim to build long-term partnerships grounded in mutual understanding, joint problem-solving, and shared value creation.

Nicola helps to coordinate and orchestrate broader industry efforts in the Human Rights sphere through her role as co-lead of the Human Rights Due Diligence workstream at the Joint Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (JAC). In this role, she collaborates with peers across the sector to promote systemic impact through knowledge exchange and collective action.

Before joining Swisscom, Nicola earned an MSc in Public Policy and Human Development in Maastricht. Her early work in research focused on the intersection of energy transitions, land rights, and community engagement—an experience that continues to shape her commitment to inclusive and transformative approaches in sustainability and procurement.

Kelly leads Cisco’s Supply Chain Human Rights team where she spearheads human rights due diligence through the Supplier Code of Conduct Conformance program and other initiatives dedicated to protecting supply chain workers from exploitation, safeguarding their health and safety, and monitoring suppliers’ social performance.

Kelly is a passionate believer in the potential for business to catalyse positive impact to improve the lives of people around the world. She is an avid collaborator committed to driving positive social change both personally and professionally. Kelly represents Cisco in industry coalitions and multi-stakeholder workgroups, such as the Responsible Business Alliance and Responsible Labor Initiative, aiming for more systemic impact. Before entering the sustainability field, Kelly worked in international development at Oxfam in Cambodia and as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Botswana.

Elina Rääsk is Head of Sustainable Supply at Nokia overlooking group sustainable supply chain and sourcing strategy and implementation.

Elina has joined Nokia in 2009, and has been engaged in sourcing, supply chain and quality related sustainability activities since then, including supplier due-diligence, learning and capability building, industry collaboration across broad scope of topics such as labour rights, modern slavery, health and safety, climate, circularity, responsible minerals sourcing etc. Since then her role has evolved into strategic deployment and management of sustainability topics across supply chain.

Kelley Jiang is the Supplier Sustainability Manager at Fairphone. She directly engages with suppliers on social impact programs, supports due diligence processes, and maintains stakeholder relations. She also has hands-on experience in managing programs related to worker satisfaction surveys, grievance case management, living wage initiatives, and implementation of remediation plans.

In her previous role as Head HSE TPRM Operational Excellence at Novartis, she was responsible for ensuring the company adapted to evolving global HSE risks and regulations, including those related to corporate supply chain due diligence. Kelley also established and rolled out approaches to evaluate direct suppliers’ due diligence and monitoring processes, demonstrating her expertise in building robust and effective risk management systems.

Kelley has also held leadership roles with the Pharmaceutical Supply Chain Initiative (PSCI), demonstrating her commitment to improving responsible sourcing practices in complex industries.

Ms. Liu Caie is currrently Sustainability Director of ZTE Corporation. She has been leading ESG initiatives at ZTE Corporation since 2008, contributing to enhanced corporate reputation and measurable sustainability outcomes.

With the efforts of her and ZTE’s ESG team, ZTE was awarded the prestigious CDP A score for two consecutive years and been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal. Furthermore,  ZTE has been selected for the S&P Global’s Sustainability Yearbook 2025 (China Edition) and honored with the title of “Industry Mover”,  included in the FTSE4Good Index Series for the ninth consecutive year, and selected as a constituent of the Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index Series for the 13th year.

Li Qingyi has worked at the ILO Country Office for China and Mongolia since 2013, focusing on technical and development cooperation in labour law compliance, occupational safety and health (OSH), and enterprise sustainable development. As the focal point for employers’ organizations and the corporate sector, she steers engagement with enterprises to promote responsible business conduct and advance sustainability across supply chains.

From 2013 to 2018, she led technical cooperation programmes focused on social protection and labour inspection, contributing to policy development and institutional strengthening in these areas. Prior to joining the ILO, she was responsible for international cooperation programmes with a focus on Africa and Europe at the All-China Federation of Trade Unions.

She holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Relations from the University of Manchester and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

李清宜2013年以来在国际劳工组织中国与蒙古国局任职，负责劳动合规、职业安全与健康以及企业可持续发展方面的技术与发展合作。作为雇主组织和企业界事务的负责人，她引导企业推动负责任的商业行为并促进供应链的可持续发展。2013年至2018年期间，她负责在社会保护和劳动监察方面的技术合作项目，致力于在政策和制度建设方面提供技术支持。加入国际劳工组织之前，她在中华全国总工会负责面向非洲和欧洲的国际合作项目。

她拥有英国曼彻斯特大学的产业关系硕士学位以及中国社会科学院的经济学博士学位。
