May 2026: iliad Group joins the JAC to strengthen CSR across the telecom industry
The iliad Group has joined the Joint Alliance for Corporate Social Responsibility (JAC), marking a new milestone in the deployment of its CSR strategy and reinforcing its commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices across the telecommunications sector.
A collective framework to raise industry standards
By becoming a member of JAC, the iliad Group aligns with leading global telecom operators to promote high standards in business ethics, respect for human rights, and environmental impact reduction throughout the ICT supply chain, including telecommunications equipment, infrastructure, and digital service providers.
As part of this alliance, the Group will actively collaborate with other members to share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of industry standards.
Embedding CSR across the value chain
This membership complements the iliad Group’s ongoing sustainability initiatives. The Group is particularly focused on reducing the environmental footprint of its operations, with ambitious climate objectives.
The iliad Group has committed to significantly lowering greenhouse gas emissions across its entire value chain (Scopes 1, 2, and 3), relying on continuous improvements in the energy efficiency of its networks and infrastructure, as well as a responsible procurement policy.
The Group also acts to extend the lifespan of its equipment, promote circular economy principles, and support its clients in adopting more responsible digital practices.
Strengthening responsible sourcing
“Joining JAC marks an important step in strengthening our responsible sourcing approach and advancing our ESG commitments across the value chain,” said Jean Rouvier, Director of Risk, Compliance & ESG at the iliad Group. “By collaborating with other operators, we aim to raise industry standards in human rights, environmental performance and business ethics.”
