April 2026: JAC Member company, Nuuday has changed its name to TDC Brands. It brings their six brands together under the well-established TDC name, to create greater clarity around the company behind the brands and solutions that Danes encounter in their everyday lives.

As digitalisation has accelerated, the threat landscape has grown. With TDC Brands, they want to signal that they are built on a solid foundation of more than 145 years of experience connecting Denmark — and that they are committed to being a secure digital partner in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.

The name change takes effect immediately, and all agreements and collaborations will continue unchanged. The corporate structure also remains the same, with TDC Brands and TDC NET operating as two independent companies with distinct roles in the value chain.
